Wexford is a vibrant cosmopolitan and expanding town which is conveniently located in the Sunny South East, adjacent to Rosslare Harbour with car ferry connections to France and the U.K. and within easy reach of Dublin, Waterford, Cork and other main centres with an excellent road infrastructure in place. This is a Viking Town with feature narrow streets in main shopping areas and the Village Centre will boast similar facilities to allow for a friendly neighbourhood feel.

Wexford is rightfully proud of its international reputation brought about not least by the Wexford Opera Festival and greatly enhanced by the forward thinking of its residents and indeed their Local Authorities. Much work has gone into improving the facilities of the area which now include a magnificent Waterfront Facility with proposed Marina as well as a mainly pedestrianised main street; other facilities close to the town include the magnificent Heritage Park and splendid un-spoilt beaches within easy reach of the population centre.

The Village Centre, which is strategically located just off the N11/N25 approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre of Wexford Town, forms part of a proposed residential development of approximately 750 new homes, over 200 of which are already sold and occupied. There is also a wide catchment area, with residentially zoned lands in the surrounding area which will, subject to planning permission, accommodate up to approximately 2,000 to 2,500 new homes.

Located on a pivotal corner site, the Village Centre will include an anchor supermarket of approvimately 1,500m2; 15 retail units; 8 office suites; a restaurant & take-away; a crèche; and a medical centre incorporating a large pharmacy.
